Dear graduates,Ìý

Congratulations to everyone on a job well done! As the end of the semester and finals draw near, I’m sure you have many things that you’re juggling and working to finish. Even so, I wanted to not only take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude for all that you’ve given CU Boulder over the years. The Graduate School at CU Boulder would not be what it is without your tireless work and dedication to the educational and research missions of the university, and I’m thrilled to be able to help celebrate your accomplishments.Ìý

To that end, I’d like to encourage everyone to walk in the commencement ceremony this year, which will be held on Saturday, May 2. It’s CU Boulder’s 150th anniversary and we’d like to get as large of a turnout of master’s, professional and PhD students as we can.Ìý

I’d also like to invite you to join the Graduate School at Grad Bash this Friday, April 24, from 4 to 7 at the Koenig Alumni Center. This event features free food and refreshments, live music and plenty of photo opportunities. If you’re interested, you .Ìý

This is an exciting time of year, and we are honored to be able to soon count you among our esteemed graduates. Best of luck as you embark on your next adventure, wherever that might be taking you. On behalf of the University of Colorado Boulder, congratulations on your new degree and Sko Buffs!Ìý

Take care,ÌýÌý
