Transfer Buffs LLC

The Transfer Buffs Living Learning Community (LLC) is a one year program that offers incoming transfer students the unique opportunity to live on campus and connect with students who have similar experiences as themselves.ÌýÂé¶¹ÒùÔº will participate in programming to help them maximize their academic and co-curricular experience at CU Boulder and integrate into the Transfer Buffs and CU Boulder communities.ÌýTransfer Peer Mentors will provide incoming students with valuable resources and will facilitate community-building opportunities and events.

- There is no fee associated with the Transfer Buffs LLC.

Eligibility
- New incoming transfer students
- Incoming transfer students who are still in their first matriculated year are required to live in a university residence hall and are not eligible for the Transfer Buffs LLC
- Transfer students should also consider off campus housing options in our robust off campus community. Start your search with the Off-Campus Life Office.

Program details
- Take FYXP 3000: Transfer Success Seminar, a 1-credit graded course to support a smooth transition to CU Boulder.ÌýTopics include career exploration and development, academic advising, learning styles and study strategies,Ìýand more.
- Participate in monthly events and workshops, including National Transfer Student Week to discover campus resources, connect with faculty and staff, and leverage your previous experience to succeed at CU Boulder.
- Transfer Buffs LLC welcomes students from all backgrounds and academic interests.ÌýEngage in diversity, equity and inclusion programming to support your multiple identities and learn more about others.
