Petra Hyncicova named to Czech Republic Olympic nordic team
A senior on campus, heading to Pyeongchang, Petra Hyncicova will become the 36th CU ski team member to make it to the Olympics.
Participate in the 2018 Winter Walk and Bike Week
The city of Boulder and community partners have teamed up to offer a variety of activities to inspire folks to walk and bike Feb. 5–11. On campus will be a Bike Home Station Feb. 9.
Nominations due Feb. 16 for Student Employee of the Year
The deadline to nominate a student employee is Friday, Feb. 16. Nominations are welcome from faculty, staff and students. Learn more about who is eligible for nomination.

Register for a short course on high performance computing
Join Research Computing this spring for the free Fundamentals of High Performance Computing course, made up of five modules designed to cover introductory as well as more advanced topics.
Female-focused, collaborative hackathon session slated for Feb. 10
Pack a laptop, a change of clothes and some creativity, and head to the ATLAS Institute's third annual T9Hacks. An event geared for women, it aims to attract newcomers to computer programming with a fun, lively and accessible hackathon.
