To date, the nonprofit Boulder Food Rescue has delivered more than 2.4 million pounds of soon-to-be wasted food, primarily fruits and vegetables, directly to people's doorsteps.

In historic move, human rights commission holding hearings at CU Boulder
With the law school as host, the public is invited to sit in on cases of alleged human rights violations Oct. 1-5. No registration is required for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights proceedings, which have never before been held off site in the United States.
