For generations, Homecoming has welcomed Buffs back to Boulder to reconnect with friends, relive favorite memories and celebrate the traditions that unite our community. This year, join alumni, students, families and friends for an especially meaningful Homecoming weekend as CU Boulder celebrates its 150th anniversary.Ìý

CU Buffs 150: Homecoming Featured Events
Date: Friday, Oct. 1, 2026
Time: 2:30–6:30 p.m.
Location: Koenig Alumni Center
Spend your afternoon relaxing in the backyard of the Koenig Alumni Center while sampling some of Colorado’s finest brews crafted by CU Boulder alumni! Tickets include beer tasting, food, giveaways and a commemorative pint glass.
Cost: $35 for pre-registered guests, $50 at the door. 4 and under are free.

Time: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
Location: Farrand Field
Ready to celebrate CU pride and traditions? Join the Herd Leadership Council during our Spirit Day ahead of the Homecoming game! Visit us at Farrand Field to play lawn games and take pictures with Alphie the giant inflatable buffalo! Free food and giveaways for current students with a BuffOne ID.Ìý

Celebrate Buff pride with us on Saturday, October 3rd at the Koenig Alumni Center, just before CU takes on the Texas Tech (kickoff time TBD)! Reconnect with fellow Forever Buffs, soak in the Homecoming energy, and gear up to cheer on the Buffs in style. All ages welcome—we’ll see you there!Ìý
