Acceptance Form for Team Projects

Before accepting offers, we encourage faculty to review this information carefully. Faculty must accept Team Grant offers using the acceptance form linked in their decision notice or offers could be withdrawn. The acceptance form asks faculty to review their information for accuracy and agree to the grant terms and conditions below.

Timeline for Team Project Grants

April 24, 2026 - Grant Acceptance Due
Mid-May, 2026 - Transfer Window
August 7, 2026 - Team Mentor's Final Survey Due
August 14, 2026 - Team Member's Final Survey Due
August 19, 2026 - Grant End Date
